This class is comprised of both Zhan Zhuang (pronounced “Jan Jong”) and the Eight Immortal Movements, two of the most powerful practices of Qi Gong to create an unshakeable foundation for health and well being.

This is an informal, failure-free, simple, non-traditional, easy to copy and assimilate into your life, non-stressful practice which respectfully draws from and honors traditional Qi Gong lineages.
