A Four Module Course of Study in Grounding, Self-Awareness and Consciousness Expansion

WHAT IS BLUEPRINT RESONANCE?

The Blueprint has many descriptions. Buddha called it the Beginner’s Mind — a place we return to for grounding to facilitate openness. Dr. Ray Castellino, pioneer in the field of Pre and Perinatal therapy and of using energetic and somatic approaches to facilitate attachment and bonding, refers to it as the unifying field we all carry with us as a “reference point” for returning home to ourselves. Resonance occurs when one object vibrates at the same natural frequency as another object and coaxes the second into vibration. When we are in resonance with our blueprint, we experience our intrinsic wholeness.

MODULE IV: Consciousness Expansion and the Alchemy of Continuous Awakening – Somatic and Energetic Practices for Illumination and Contentment. 

OVERVIEW & PURPOSE

This course has been created in order to provide you an opportunity to refine, strengthen and illuminate your understanding of yourself, your self in relation to other people and events (past and present), and to learn how to easily exercise powerful and effective tools for relational mastery, inner liberation and enjoyment so to experience heightened levels of awareness and beauty in your everyday life. This course is intended to be a nourishing, interesting, enriching, and life-affirming experience.

WHO WILL ATTEND THIS COURSE

This course is open to anyone willing to reflect with sincerity, communicate authentically, share at a pace that honors one’s own safety and rhythm, hold a container of confidentiality, and to invite more liberation, joy and beauty into life.

ABOUT ALARRA SARESS

Founder of Ojai’s healing arts education and performance non-profit Harmonic Earth, Alarra has worked professionally in the fields of music, meditation, sound therapy, bodywork and the literary arts. Her degrees and certifications include Philosophy, Acutonics Sound Healing, Evolutionary Bodywork, Ayurvedic Stone, Body Into Being Advanced Energetic Somatic Training, Polarity Therapy, and more.

You may sign up for single modules or for the entire 4-week series. Modules are 2 hours each. You will have a short break and unlimited opportunities for self-care along the way (get up and move, lie down, make tea). If dropping in one module at a time investment is $40. For the full series investment is $144. All forms of payment are accepted. If you choose to also treat a friend or partner to the series, you will receive 10% off their tuition. All participants are entitled to 20% off a personal harmonic resonance session with Alarra.
